Slow season? What slow season?

Listing prices are up in our area on average by $40,000 since this time last year.

Sale prices are up 5% in the original list price ratio.

Average days on the market is down by 65 from this time last year.

People are still coming to the Oregon Coast during the off season and buying property. The market is simply not slowing down. We are seeing home prices on the rise and inventory incredibly low.

After a very busy season where scheduling contractors and appraisals became a frustration, we are seeing schedules normalizing. I have learned from this praying mantis that was spotted on one of my pending sales, patience and perseverance are key in order to attain your goals.

Happy a safe and happy holiday season! I look forward to working with you in the new year.
