This year has proven to remain very active. The winter tends to be our off-season with less crowds and dwindled interests in property. However, with the equity of primary residences in the valley on the upswing, more buyers are looking for the second home opportunities. Pacific City will always be a unique beach town for many reasons. Most of all, it is located west of Highway 101. This ensures the sleepy little beach town feel that vacationers crave when escaping the city. Tillamook County has seen residential properties have a rise in listing prices from last year by $60,000 on average. Sold prices on average are up by $30,000 from this time last year. The average days on the market has dropped for residences that are listed. 2020 looks to be entered into with some momentum. I am ready for it and available 7 days a week. I look forward to helping you and being in touch often.
